Information on all Parties held at Creative Wee Leprechauns:​

• Host parents can enter 15 minutes prior to the party time to decorate the party room.

• Host parents supply all party decorations and food. We are a Nut-free environment. Host parents that book the party room MUST bring a table cloth to cover all the tables and disposed of in the garbage provided. 

• Party guests can only arrive at the party start time. Guests that arrive early will not be permitted into the studio, as we will be preparing for the party.

• Party will begin from the time booked. If you choose to wait for guests to arrive that's okay but your time will not be extended. 

• Socks are mandatory for Adults and children. No socks, No Entry!

• Our staff will clean up after your party, the Host parents has 10 minutes to tidy off the table of foods, place items in the garbage, take any remaining food(s) with them, and all their belongings. 

• The host parent(s) will be responsible for the children in attendance . Staff are not responsible for supervising the children.

• Host parent(s) are responsible for ensuring that guests leave at the scheduled end time. 

• Host parent(s) are responsible for any items left behind and must take it with them. 

• Host parent(s) will be liable to for collecting all the children's Art Projects on the scheduled day (no more than 48 hours). We cannot store Art Projects that are not collected by the agreed date and these will be disposed after the date.

• We take bookings in advance. Full Payment is required at the time of booking online.

• We offer Morning Party's between (9:30am - 11:30am), Afternoon Party (1pm - 3pm) and Evening Party (4:30pm - 6:30pm) times.

• Host parent(s) understand that number of children and adults cannot exceed the quoted (Birthday Family is included in this number). Any additional, unpaid guests will be refused at the door. If host parent(s) wish to increase the child or adult capacity (by no more than 5 & where possible) it must be requested & paid in full 7 days prior to the party date. 

• Bookings open up to 6 months in advance please email me to check availability if you don't see a date available for you -----  info@creativeweeleprechauns.ca 

• After booking, please email a list of the guest names (both child and adult) and Birthday Family names. We will check these upon arrival to verify the right guests are arriving. This must be done at least 5 days prior to the date.

• Please add on your Invitation DRESS FOR MESS and Socks only Facility.

• Staff will not be helping with distributing foods or loots bags, decorating, etc...
